Benefits

All regular employees that work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in a variety of benefit programs, including the following:

Medical –Employees have a choice between two comprehensive medical plans. Medical benefits are effective on the first day of employment.

Prescription – Prescription coverage is provided in conjunction with enrollment in one of the Medical plans.

Dental – Dental insurance is provided and offers annual cleanings and orthodontia.  Dental benefits are effective on the first day of employment.

Vision– Vision insurance is provided and offers an annual eye exam and savings on prescription glasses and contacts. Vision benefits are effective on the first day of employment.

401k – Direct Wines offers participation in a 401(k) plan with an employer match administered through Voya Financial. Employees are eligible to enroll the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

Flexible Spending Accounts – Eligible employees can elect to participate in Healthcare and Dependent Care spending accounts which allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to help save on associated costs. These benefits are effective on the first day of employment.

Life/AD&D InsuranceDirect Wines provides a basic life and AD&D insurance policy. These benefits are effective on the first day of employment.

Disability Coverage – Short term disability and long term disability coverage is effective on the first day of employment.

Vacation/Sick/Holiday Time OffDirect Wines offers employees a generous amount of vacation, sick and holiday time off.  Vacation time is accrued on a monthly basis starting the first of the month following the first day of employment.
